TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA V6 COUPE. HE ADDED TRANSMISSION FLUID TO THE VEHICLE PERFORMING A REGULAR MAINTENANCE. AFTERWARD, WHILE DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF LESS THAN 50 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION WOULD SLIP BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND GEARS WHILE TRAVELING AT SPEEDS OVER 40 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS HESITANT TO ACCELERATE AFTER 40 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AND NEEDED TO REPLACED. THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE FAILURE AND THE MANUFACTURER WOU…
