2001 HONDA ACCORD V6 SEDAN WITH APPROXIMATELY 26,000MILES (I DRIVE IT TO WORK AND GROCERY SHOPPING WITHIN A 10 MILE AREA.) WE WERE DRIVING AT ABOUT 20 MI PER HOUR BEHIND AN SUV THAT WAS BEHIND A GARBAGE TRUCK THAT WAS STOPPING AT EVERY CORNER. WHEN THE GARBAGE TRUCK STOPPED AS DID THE SUV THE NEXT TIME - WE WERE ALMOST 2 CAR LENGTHS BEHIND -MY HUSBAND PUT HIS FOOT ON THE BRAKE BUT THE CAR DID NOT STOP. WE HEARD A WHIRRING NOISE AND THE CAR LUNGED FORWARD AT INCREDIBLE SPEED HITTING THE REAR OF THE SUV. AT THAT POINT THE GARBAGE TRUCK MOVED …
