DT: WHEN THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION HE LOST THE REAR BRAKES. THE BRACKET ON THE RIGHT FOOT PEG DID NOT SUPPORT THE WEIGHT AT THE TIME, AND THIS WAS WHY THE BRAKES FAILED. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR A WEEK, BUT THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED THE CONSUMER. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED THERE WAS NO WARNING, THERE WAS A SPACE BETWEEN SKID MARKS, WHERE THERE WERE NO SKID MARKS, AND THEN THE FRONT BRAKES CAME INTO EFFECT. CONSUMER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO RIGHT ANKLE, KNEE, PELVIS BONE, AND ABRASIONS TO RIGHT SHOULDER. …
