THERE WAS A LETTER RECEIVED FROM HARLEY REGARDING THIS RECALL- THEY SAID IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE- THIS LETTER CAME JANUARY 2019 - MY FIANCE CRASHED ON AUGUST 13, 2019 AND IT SAID IN THE CRASH REPORT- "HE BRAKED HARD LOST CONTROL AND THE UNIT FLIPPED END OVER END." THE TROOPER AT THE TIME WAS UNAWARE OF THIS RECALL AND WHEN I INFORMED HIM HE HAD ALREADY COMPLETED THE CRASH REPORT- HE SAID THAT IT COULD HAVE PLAYED A FACTOR IN HIS CRASH WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THIS RECALL- HE WANTED ME TO FAX HIM THE LETTER AND I DID. HE HAS NEVER CHANGED THE CRASH R…
