I noticed a grinding noise coming from the left front wheel of my Grand Design Momentum. Concerned, I brought it to the dealership the following week for inspection. Upon examination, they discovered that the bolts securing the brake calipers were entirely missing from the system, with no traces of the bolts found in the wheel assembly. As a result, the calipers had come loose and were grinding against both the wheel hub and the rim. This issue presented a significant safety hazard. The contact owns a 2024 Grand Design Recreational Momentum. The contact stated that after the RV was delivered, the brakes were inoperable, a slice was cut in the wiring harness with electrical tape covering the cut, the slide-out frame was out of alignment and unable to close properly, the awning had detached, and ABS was not equipped in the RV.
