BRAKE LIGHTS FAILED FOR THE SECOND TIME SINCE 2000. TOOK VEHICLE FOR RECALLED MFS IN DECEMBER 2002 RECALL #01V-364. AT THAT TIME THE SWITCH HAD FAILED. I ASSUMED THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS VEHICLE NEEDS A NEW MFS, DEALER CLAIMS THAT MFS WAS NOT THE RECALLED PART. DEALER CLAIMS THE HAZARD SWITCH IS THE RECALL PART AND THAT THIS TIME THE HAZARD SWITCH IS WORKING PROPERLY. THE SYMPTOMS ARE THE EXACT SAME AS THE FIRST TIME THE VEHICLE WAS RECALLED. TRANSMISSION FAILURE. THE SUN SHELL FAILED AND THE TRANSMISSION SHOP SAID, THAT THEY ARE DOING 5-6 LATE MODEL GM VEHILCES A WEEK WITH THIS SAME FAILURE. OK, SO GM HAS ISSUED A PARTS BULLETIN UPDATE, SO WHAT. THE COST OF REPAIR IS NOT COMING OUT OF THEIR POCKETS. I THINK THAT MORE OF US NEED TO COMPLAIN AND MAYBE SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN. *LA
