TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 GMC ENVOY 360. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT SLOW SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING SOLENOID VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 146,349.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 GMC ENVOY 360. WHEN THE CONTACT FILLED THE VEHICLE WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL, THERE WAS A FUEL ODOR COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. ONCE THERE WAS ABOUT A QUARTER TANK OF FUEL LEFT, THE ODOR DISAPPEARED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A FUEL LEAK COMING FROM A CHUCK VALVE OF THE FUEL TANK. THE FUEL TANK, CHUCK VALVE, AND FILL LINES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN A RECALL ISSUED FROM …
