TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 GMC C10753. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH AND ENGAGING THE BRAKE PEDAL THE VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD AND CRASHED INTO THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HIS RESIDENCE. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED; HOWEVER, AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED SO THAT THE MECHANIC COULD DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE AND SEND A REPORT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
