TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FREEDOM SPIRIT FS-340RL-105 TRAILER. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH AND HAULING THE TRAILER THE HYDRAULIC BRAKES FAILED. THE ELECTRONIC BRAKE WOULD NOT STOP THE TRAILER AND CAUSED IT TO CRASH INTO HER VEHICLE. THE BUMPER OF HER VEHICLE AND THE TRAILER WERE DAMAGED ALONG WITH ANOTHER VEHICLES FRONT BUMPER. THE TRAILER WAS DESTROYED AND WAS TOWED. NO ONE WAS INJURED. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,500.
