2011 FORD CHASSIS MOTOR HOME. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 12V-035 (FORD RECALL NO. 12S27) *TGW THE CONSUMER MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE RECALL TO BE PERFORMED. HOWEVER, WHEN HE ARRIVED AT THE DEALER, THEY INFORMED HIM, THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LIFT FOR THE MOTOR HOME, AND THEY WOULDN'T GET REIMBURSED BY FORD. THEY ALSO STATED THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE WHO WAS CERTIFIED TO PERFORM THE WARRANTY WORK, AND IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH EFFORT TO REMOVE THE STEERING COLUMN. INSUFFICIENT RECALL INFORMATION. *JB
