The vin does not show a safety recall however the exact year, make, and model shows the same problem I am experiencing. my 2020 ford fusion hybrid is in service again. been getting service with same issues since 2022 to current. The contact's husband owns a 2020 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that immediately after her husband had left the dealer after an oil change, the "Stop Safely Now" and "Check Engine" messages appeared on the instrument panel after an attempt to start the vehicle. Several attempts were made to restart the vehicle; after the vehicle was started, the vehicle was taken back to the dealer.
