Owner report 11504255 · 2023-01-29 (January 29, 2023)

REAR backup camera has upside down view. Tried various remedies (reset, and battery disconnect) to fix issue but when vehicle is put into reverse camera has view that is upside down. Dealer says camera and soft ware needs to be replaced but is not covered under vehicle warranty. I see Ford is now recalling other models with the same issue. Can you let me know if the 2019 Ford Flex will be recalled for the same camera issues?

The radio turns on even when the car is off and the keys are not nearby . Sometimes it turns off while driving and will be off for days at a time while other times it just comes on full volume while parked and unattended. Maybe an electrical issue ?

Owner report 11528848 · 2023-06-26 (June 26, 2023)

My Ford reverse camera fails to display a correct image, decreasing driver visibility. It is nearly always displayed upside down or occasionally the image fails to appear at all. The parking guide lines also fail to display since January. There were no warning lights when the malfunction began in January 2023 and at that same time, the camera started remaining on while I drive forward, showing a live upside down view while driving forward for various amounts of time after shifting out of reverse. The Ford dealership says they have several peopl…
