The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Precept built on a 2020 Ford F-59 chassis. The contact stated that upon purchasing the RV, the RV remained at the dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V202000 (Suspension, Power Train). The RV dealer then towed the RV to a Ford dealer where the recall repair was being completed. The contact followed up with the RV dealer and was informed that the Ford dealer had damaged a brake part in the process of completing the recall repair and was awaiting the arrival of the replacement part.
