Owner report 11571218 · 2024-02-10 (February 10, 2024)
At approximately 13:12 CST on [XXX], I exited the car wash at a gas station in Rochester, MN. I drove around to the front of the gas station to park so I could go inside to replenish the car wash card. At approximately 13:13 CST, as I was turning right, pulling into the parking space near the entrance, the truck accelerated unexpectedly and collided with a cement parking pilon (sp?). I am unsure how this occurred. I believe the vehicle may have accelerated on its own. Holding my foot hard on the brake, I shifted into reverse, then backed the…

Owner report 11612392 · 2024-09-03 (September 3, 2024)
Ford expedition max 2023. My vehicle has had issues since day one. Transmission has a Rough idle- can see hood shake, door shake, steering wheel shake. This is in all temperatures, it does not matter if the car has been sitting for 3 minutes or 2 days it does this. Transmission rough shifting gears 3-4-5 between 1-2 RPMs. What is going on with the transmission? Is it going to potentially lock up on me? Any transmission issue is a safety concern. Windshield wiper not aligned properly front passenger side, ford continues saying this is nor…

Still having issues. truck veers left and right without input when going over bumps. Steering wheel shimmy’s left and right when going over bumps. Transmission seems to lock up and release while going over bumps while stopping.

The expedition was stranded on the roadway with no engine power or electrical power. 8500 miles on this expedition. We had to call a tow and take to the dealership.

Owner report 11704788 · 2025-12-12 (December 12, 2025)
While pulling out of a parking lot onto a 4 lane undivided city street, the vehicle flashed a warning light on the dash saying “Trailer Brakes Engaged” and the vehicle came to an abrupt stop in the lanes of active traffic narrowly avoiding a collision. As if the parking brake had set uncommanded. The vehicle was not and has never pulled a trailer since we’ve owned it the last 9 months. The engine was stalled but accessory was still on. After an off/on cycle the vehicle started and went into gear functioning normally. Immediately taken to a ford…
