The contact stated while parked at the residence, the vehicle's doors failed to unlock, and the vehicle failed to start. A dealer's mobile technician replaced the 12-Volts battery at the contact's residence, and the vehicle became operable. The vehicle was repaired. The local dealer was contacted, and a software update was completed to monitor any issues with the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
