TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FREIGHTLINER CUSTOM CHASS X-LINE. WHILE LOOKING UNDERNEATH THE MOTORHOME TO INSPECT IT, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE V-BAND CLAMPS WERE FRACTURED, CORRODED, AND LOOSE. THE CLAMPS WERE LOCATED NEAR THE REAR OF THE MOTORHOME BY THE FUEL TANK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
