Reported: 2023-02-16 (February 16, 2023) · Model years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Entegra Launch, Launch LE, Qwest, Jayco Melbourne, Melbourne Prestige, Terrain, and Terrain LE motorhomes. The guide bushing on the parking pawl may fatigue, which can cause the parking pawl not to engage and result in a vehicle rollaway.

Consequence: Vehicle rollaway increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will update the software of the electronic stability, transmission control, direct select module, and electronic ignition switch control units, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 8, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is MB 22V-796.

23V486000 · Visibility:Defroster/Defogger/Hvac System:Fan/Motor | Electrical System:Wiring:Fuses And Circuit Breakers

Reported: 2023-07-14 (July 14, 2023) · Model years: 2020, 2021

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Entegra Launch, Qwest, Jayco Melbourne, and Melbourne Prestige motorhomes. The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) blower motor circuit may be inadequate, which can allow the wiring harness to overheat.

Consequence: A wiring harness that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Owners are advised to only operate the HVAC front blower in manual (not automatic) mode whenever the engine is on. Do not use the maximum blower or lowest/highest temperature settings until the remedy is performed. Dealers will relocate and replace the fuse and wiring harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 18, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Jayco Solstice LI, Swift, Terrain, Terrain LE, Entegra Coach Ethos LI, Expanse LI, Launch LE motorhomes. The battery relay contactors may become stuck in the closed position.

Consequence: Relays that are stuck in the closed position increase the risk of a fire during battery charging.

Remedy: Dealers will update the battery software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903603.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Coach Launch, 2022 Launch LE, 2021-2025 Jayco Terrain, and 2022 Terrain LE recreational vehicles. The grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak.

Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903619.

Reported: 2024-05-01 (May 1, 2024) · Model years: 2023, 2024

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Jayco Terrain, and Entegra Launch motorhomes. The main wiring harness may chafe against the drive shaft and short circuit, which can result in a loss of drive power, power steering, and brake system control.

Consequence: A short circuit increases the risk of a fire. In addition, a loss of drive power, power steering, and brake system control increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Mercedes dealers will inspect the routing of the main wiring harness and correct it, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 14, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

25V285000 · Equipment:Electrical:Accessory Generator:Outlets/Receptacle

Reported: 2025-05-01 (May 1, 2025) · Model years: 2025

Jayco, Inc (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Entegra Launch and Jayco Terrain motorhomes. An incorrect standard outlet was installed in the kitchen instead of a GFCI protected outlet.

Consequence: A lack of proper circuit protection increases the risk of electric shock and injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the Non-GFCI breaker with a GFCI breaker at the load center for the proper circuit protection at the kitchen outlet, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 16, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903629.
