The contact owns a 2022 Entegra Launch RV built on a 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Chassis. The contact stated that the RV's high-voltage battery had failed to charge. The dealer was made aware of the failure but refused to diagnose or to repair the RV due to the fire risk. The vehicle was not repaired. This complaint concerns failure to provide a remedy for multiple active NHTSA safety recalls, resulting in a vehicle that has been determined unsafe and inoperable. The vehicle is subject to NHTSA Safety Recall 24V-160 involving the house battery relay / contactor. During a January 7, 2026 call between the servicing dealer (Lazy Days) and Jayco / Entegra technical support, the battery system was diagnosed as having a stuck contactor with no 12V output.
