BLOWOUT ON RR. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT KODIAK BRAKE CALIPER FELL OFF AND 3 OF THE FOUR BOLTS HOLDING CALIPER BRACKET TO FLANGE WERE MISSING. BRAKE CALIPER BRACKET BROKEN AND GROUND INTO WHEEL AND TIRE CAUSING BLOWOUT AND RUINING WHEEL. BRAKE LINES AND TEE WERE ALSO DESTROYED. WE WERE TRAVELING STRAIGHT ON AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY AT 65 MPH.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 DRV MOBILE SUITE TRAILER BEING HAULED BY A 2016 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL, BUT THE TRAILER BRAKE FAILED TO RESPOND. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THERE WAS AN OIL SPILL COMING FROM A BRAKE LINE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND HAD THE BRAKE LINE REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE INITIAL BRAKE LINE FAILED, TWO OTHER BRAKE LINES ALSO FAILED.
