TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 DRV MOBILE SUITE RV CONNECTED TO A 2011 FORD F-350. WHILE DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THERE WAS AN INCREASE IN STOPPING DISTANCE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THERE WERE NO BRAKE LINES ON THE RV. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE CONTACT WAS A CERTIFIED CLASS A MECHANIC AND ORDERED THE PARTS FROM AN UNKNOWN CAMPER DEALER TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 DRV MOBILE SUITE FIFTH WHEEL RV, MODEL NUMBER: 40KSSB4. WHILE INSPECTING THE WHEELS TO PERFORM AN AXLE LUBRICATION, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE CALIPER HAD CUT THROUGH THE WHEELS ON THE FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RV'S FOR LESS (8035 RUTLEDGE PIKE, KNOXVILLE, TN 37924, [phone removed]) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO AN ENGINEERING DEFECT. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED VIA EMAIL AND CERTIFIED MAIL WITH …
