THE VEHICLE (DIAMO VELUX SCOOTER) HAS: AN UNSAFE WIND PROFILE: THE BIKE IS DANGEROUSLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO EVEN LIGHT WINDS. DANGEROUS BRAKING CHARACTERISTICS: EXTREME PRESSURE IS REQUIRED TO STOP THE BIKE EVEN THOUGH IT ONLY WEIGHS 300 POUNDS. EMERGENCY BRAKING WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS. DANGEROUS SHOCK ABSORBER DESIGN: EVEN SMALL CHANGES IN ROAD SMOOTHNESS WILL CAUSE THE BIKE TO RESPOND IN UNEXPECTED WAYS.
