The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Trax. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle hesitated while accelerating, and the RPM was elevated. The ABS warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the turbo was designed to maintain heat. The vehicle was not repaired due to the lack of a fault code. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000.

The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Trax. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle independently decelerated and lost motive power. The check engine warning light was illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that several unknown warning lights were later illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was diagnosed with battery failure. The contact was informed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Owner report 11559054 · 2023-12-07 (December 7, 2023)

The check engine light came on showing codes p 146 b,d,e,f The dealership looked at the car and said the purge pump needs replaced and ordered a part that is on back order and won’t be delivered in an undetermined date. We have now lost a considerable amount of gas mileage and the dealership it may be the fuel pump. They say if it is it won’t be covered by warranty. They have said the car is safe to drive on the other issue.
