TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2000 CHEVROLET MALIBU CLASSIC. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A REAR END COLLISION. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT RECEIVED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V400000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) REMEDY DID NOT SUFFICE TO FIX THE DEFECT. THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WERE ALSO MADE AWARE. THE CONTACT TOOK HIS VEHICLE TO A LOCKSMITH AND THEY NOTIFIED HIM THE ENTIRE IGNITION CYLINDER WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY CONTACT. THE CONTACT HAD EXPERIENCED INTERMITTENTLY STALL WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000. AZ

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET MALIBU CLASSIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY WAS UNABLE TO TURN OVER IN THE IGNITION SWITCH TO START THE VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO START THE VEHICLE AT TIMES BUT IN OTHER INSTANCES THE VEHICLE HAD NEEDED TO BE TOWED DUE IT NOT STARTING. IN ADDITION, THE FAILURE PROGRESSED WHERE THE VEHICLE STALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE SECURITY WARNING INDICATOR FLASHED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
