INTERMITTENTLY WINDSHIELD WIPERS QUIT WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF OPERATION. ONCE IN A WHILE THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS BEGAN TO WORK AFTER A FEW MOMENTS. SOMETIMESTHE DRIVER HAS TO MOVE THE WIRING HARNESS AROUND BEFORE OPERATION CONTINUES. THE DEALER AND CHEVROLET CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CALLED ABOUT THE PROBLEM. RECALL WA SISSUED ON THAT PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THIS VEHICLE WA SNOT COVERED UNDER RECALL DUE TO VIN. *AK
