WHILE DRIVING OUT OF A MOUNTAINOUS AREA, THE BRAKES APPEARED TO WARP, WHICH RESULTED IN THE VAN SHAKING VIOLENTLY WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. ONCE WE WERE BACK ON LEVEL GROUND THE BRAKES APPEARED TO COOL DOWN AND THE SHAKING STOPPED WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE FRONT END ALIGNMENT WAS DONE 11/16/17 BY A DEALERSHIP AT 46,000 MILES

THE CONTACT CALLED WALKER CHEVROLET (3940 CAROTHERS PKWY, FRANKLIN, TN 37067, [phone removed]) AND WAS INFORMED TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE APPOINTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,000.
