TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET EXPRESS 1500. ON A DRY DAY THE CONTACT HEARD METAL SCRAPING THE ROAD WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER, AND THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT SPARKS WERE IGNITING FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT DIALED 911, AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, (PATRICK CHEVROLET, WHERE IT REMAINED. THE FAILURE WAS DIAGNOSED AS THE TRANSMISSION. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, AND FILED A COMPLAINT. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 2,300.*AK

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET EXPRESS 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR BOARD. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT AND OTHER DRIVER SUSTAINED WHIP LASH. NO MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HYDRAULIC BRAKE LINE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED.
