Owner report 11031458 · 2017-10-03 (October 3, 2017)

Owner report 11063627 · 2018-01-18 (January 18, 2018)
I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH MY VEHICLE THAT INVOLVES HARD SHIFTING AT TIMES AND ALSO, THE VEHICLE SOMETIMES WILL LURCH QUITE ABRUPTLY. IT ACTUALLY FEELS AS IF THE VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP ON 4 OCCASIONS AND THEY WERE ONLY ABLE TO "REPLICATE" THE PROBLEM ONE TIME. THIS HARD SHIFT/LURCHING OCCURS USUALLY WHEN AT A STAND STILL AND, ONCE YOU REMOVE YOUR FOOT FROM THE BRAKE, VEHICLE MAY SHIFT HARD. IT DOESN'T MATTE WHERE I AM; WHETHER ON STREETS OR ON THE FREEWAY. IF VEHICLE IS STOPPED, THEN THIS HAPPENS ON …

Owner report 11104282 · 2018-06-27 (June 27, 2018)
TRANSMISSION HAS A SIGNIFICATION CLUNK/HESITATION/DELAY SHIFTING UP FROM 1ST-2ND GEAR AND DOWN FROM 2ND-1ST GEAR. IN THE UPSHIFT, THE CAR VIOLENTLY LUNGES FORWARD ONCE THE ACCELERATION REV FROM THE PUSH OF THE PEDAL CATCHES UP WITH THE GEAR SHIFTING, NO MATTER HOW DELICATELY YOU MIGHT PUSH THE PEDAL. FEELS LIKE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN HIT FROM BEHIND ONCE IT CATCHES. IN THE DOWNSHIFT, UPON BRAKING TO COME TO A STOP, THE CAR PULSATES AND LUNGES FORWARD AS WELL WHICH HAS CAUSED ME TO NEARLY HIT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND IF N…

Owner report 11098735 · 2018-05-30 (May 30, 2018)
RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE, THE NAV SCREEN KEPT FLICKERING, CAUSING A DISTRACTED DRIVER SITUATION AND A HAZARD. THE DEALER DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD PER GM GUIDELINES, BUT EVEN AFTER THE 1ST SERVICE VISIT, THE CAR WOULD SHUT DOWN IN DRIVE MODE, AS THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. THEN THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SHUT OFF USING THE POWER OFF BUTTON. GM IS TELLING THE DEALER, THE NAV FLICKERING SCREEN IS NOT A SAFETY HAZARD, HOWEVER I BEG TO DIFFER IF EVERY 2 MINS, A DRIVER IS FIXATED, FOCUSED ON THE SCREEN MORE SO THAN ON THE ROAD, WHICH HAS CAUSED ME TO RUN OFF …

Owner report 11341298 · 2020-07-24 (July 24, 2020)
LOSS OF ALL VEHICLE POWER WHILE TRAVELING ON THE FREEWAY AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. VEHICLE CHECK ENGINE, POWER LIMITED, AND ELECTRIC MOTOR OVERHEAT WARNING LIGHTS COME ON. THE COMBUSTION ENGINE WILL NOT START, AND BATTERY POWER AVAILABILITY GOES TO ZERO. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY DUE TO INSTANTANEOUS LOSS OF COMBUSTION ENGINE AND ELECTRIC BATTERY POWER WHILE IN FAST-MOVING HIGHWAY TRAFFIC. THERE ARE SEVERAL INSTANCES OF THIS SAME PROBLEM OCCURRING IN MANY CADILLAC OWNERS FORUMS, SO GENERAL MOTORS KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH …

MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THIS IS THE 15TH TIME I HAVE BOUGHT MY CAR IN FOR VARIOUS ENGINE PROBLEMS LIKE ENGINE POWER REDUCED AND OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR. THE CAR WOULD JUST STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIDE OR JERKING AS I DRIVE IT. I HAVE BEEN ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN IT HAS STALLED BEFORE AS I DRIVE. I HAVE HAD THESE PROBLEMS SINCE I PURCHASED THE CAR IN 2018
