Owner report 11156406 · 2018-12-05 (December 5, 2018)

WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE, THE SERVICE "BRAKE ASSIST" LIGHT CAME ON. I PUT MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND HAD NO BRAKES, THEN HAD LIMITED BRAKES WHEN SLOWLY PUMPING THEN PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. THAT WARNING WENT OFF AND THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP CAME ON. I THEN HAD ABOUT 85% BRAKES.THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. THE DEALER AND GM CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM. THE FIRST TIME I WAS ON A HIGHWAY. THE 2ND TIME I WAS ON A STREET IN TOWN AND THE 3RD TIME I HAD JUST PULLED OUT OF A DRIVEWAY IN A SUBDIVISION, AFTER THE CAR HAD NOT MOVED FROM FRIDAY TO…

Owner report 11302175 · 2020-01-27 (January 27, 2020)

WHILE DRIVING IN CRUISE CONTROL BETWEEN 35 TO 40 MPH, GOING UP A SMALL INCLINE, THE ENGINE BOGS DOWN AND THE VEHICLE RATTLES. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE CHECKED OUT 5 TIMES BY DIFFERENT DEALERS AND THEIR CONCLUSION WAS THAT THIS IS A NORMAL CONDITION. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS INTO THE HIGHEST GEAR FOR FUEL ECONOMY. I DO NOT BELIEVE BUICK WOULD MAKE A VEHICLE THAT RATTLES AT 35 TO 40 MPH. GOING INTO MANUAL 5TH GEAR STOPS THE RATTLING, BUT THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE SOLUTION.

Owner report 11745260 · 2026-06-19 (June 19, 2026)

The envision started losing power, the engine would not gain speed or if it did it was very slow, had the booster vacuum sensor changed, Sudden loss of power or sluggish acceleration, In the beginning the noise/whining was not loud however increased from the engine. Took to a repair shop, could not figure it out, informed dealership, was advised to bring it in. As the car was driven into the lot it died and was unable to start again, dealership informed it was going to cost more than the $22,000 that I paid for it. It appears that the turbo’…
