VEHICLE WILL NOT SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL WHILE VEHICLE IS RUNNING. WORKED FINE WHEN NEW. THIS PROBLEM STARTED 3-4 MONTHS AFTER NEW. LAST TIME AT THE DEALER (SF BMW MOTORCYCLES) WAS 3/25/17 - THE DEALER REPLICATED THE ISSUE, BUT DOES NOT HAVE A FIX. THE DEALER REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FROM BMW N.A. BMW N.A. STATES "THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND HAVE REPLICATED IT ON OTHER BIKES", "NOT A DEFECT, BUT A FEATURE OF THE BIKE". BMW N.A. WILL NOT PAY TO HAVE THE BIKE SERVICED OR FIXED. SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE!
