Owner report 10497619 · 2013-02-10 (February 10, 2013)

I PURCHASED A C600 SPORT ON NOVEMBER 27TH 2012. IT STALLED 2 TIMES BEFORE THE 600 MILES CHECK UP NOT THINKING MUCH ABOUT IT I DIDN'T DOCUMENT THOSE DAYS BUT DID CALL THE DEALER & LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A MOISTURE PROBLEM IN THE START/KILL SWITCH. YESTERDAY FEBRUARY 9TH IT STALLED 3 TIMES & AFTER READING THE FORUMS I FILLED THE GAS USING THE CENTER STAND THINKING THERE MIGHT BE AN AIR POCKET IN THE TANK BUT IT STALLED AGAIN WITHIN 5 MINUTES. THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A METHOD TO THE STALLING OTHER STOPPING OR LOW …

I BOUGHT THIS SCOOTER IN NOVEMBER 2012 & HAD QUITE A FEW STALLING PROBLEMS WITH IT. AFTER A FEW CALLS TO BMW & MY LOCAL DEALER THEY WERE ABLE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM WITH A COMPUTER UPDATE. YESTERDAY THE PROBLEM STARTED AGAIN & HAS DONE IT 2 DAYS IN A ROW. I'VE CALLED THE DEALER & BMW & INFORMED THEM OF THE PROBLEM. THIS NO DOUBT COULD LEAD TO EITHER DEATH OR DISABILITY. COULD YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS BEFORE I DIE. THERE IS MANY INSTANCES OF OTHER PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM ON THE INTERNET JUST GOOGLE BMW C600 STALLING PROBLEMS. *TR

Owner report 10585497 · 2014-04-29 (April 29, 2014)

ON APRIL 27, 2014 AFTER 1,534 MILES WITH NO ISSUES MY BMW C600 SPORT MAXI-SCOOTER 2013 BEGAN TO STALL. SPECIFICALLY, JUST AFTER 1,500 MILES I STALLED SEVERAL TIMES DURING LOW-THROTTLE OR IDLE SITUATIONS SUCH AS STOPLIGHTS AND SLOW-SPEED MANEUVERS, AND I EVEN STALLED TWICE DURING SLOW-SPEED TURNS. THE STALLING ISSUE WAS SO PERVASIVE (OCCURRING AT NEARLY EVERY OTHER STOPLIGHT AND TURN) I BARELY GOT IT HOME, BUT MANAGED TO DO SO. I NOTICED A STRONG SMELL OF GASOLINE INSIDE THE GARAGE ONCE THE SCOOTER WAS HOME AND PARKED THERE. THE STRONG GASOLINE …
