Multiple Brake system failures rendering the vehicle unsafe and undriveable. Been in the dealer 3 times and not resolved. Qualifies as a Lemon vehicle. Car is not safe for my family and others on the road. Car was from BMW Sterling in Virginia. 100 miles on the clock - new vehicle lease.

BMW issued a recall for several series including the BMW 760i x drive citing missing parts to the braking system which could cause the emergency braking and brakes to fail. The recall was issued 10 months ago. This was before I purchased the car. I did not receive a recall notice until a month ago. They did not disclose the recall at the time of the sale of the vehicle. I drove the car for 5 months before being notified. Before I received the recall notice I noticed some issues with the braking taking longer to stop. I then received the r…
