My vehicle had a crash before receiving the recall on 28th august 2023 at 10.00am. The car swerved to the right and dashed on a parked car. There were no injuries. But the Cars right front was damaged. At first I could not understand what happened and because of the dash the airbags got deployed and I was dazed for moments. Later when the towing truck moved the car I saw the left front tire had burst. When I leased and brought the car within 15 days the same side tyre had burst but the road was clear and I could take care . I got a new car tyre…

Vehicle brakes gave out while driving and would not stop. System generated an email of the incident from manufacturer. Dealership informed that they have seen this before and its is a simple fix with a brake booster but no recalls are currently recalling the vehicle. The warning appeared as it happened.

DRIVING AT 45MPH WHEN CAR STALLED. DIFFICULT TO START. DROVE 6 TO 6.5 MILES TO HOME VIA I-85 WHERE CAR STALLED MULTIPLE TIMES INCLUDING COMPLETE ENGINE SHUT DOWN. LOST ALL POWER TO STEERING CAUSING GREAT CONCERN FOR SAFETY. 3 MONTHS AND ~$10,000 LATER, BOTH HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMPS REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. HAD VEHICLE DIAGNOSED FOR STALLING, ROUGH IDLING, LOSS OF POWER, AND SHUTTING OFF IN TRAFFIC. FIRST BMW REPAIR FACILITY, "LOW PRESSURE FUEL PUMP OUTPUT, AND HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS VERIFIED VEHICLE HAS EXTENDED CRANK. READ OUT FAULT MEMORY AND FOUND NO RELATIVE FAULTS STORED.
