My vehicle had a crash before receiving the recall on 28th august 2023 at 10.00am. The car swerved to the right and dashed on a parked car. There were no injuries. But the Cars right front was damaged. At first I could not understand what happened and because of the dash the airbags got deployed and I was dazed for moments. Later when the towing truck moved the car I saw the left front tire had burst. When I leased and brought the car within 15 days the same side tyre had burst but the road was clear and I could take care . I got a new car tyre…

Vehicle brakes gave out while driving and would not stop. System generated an email of the incident from manufacturer. Dealership informed that they have seen this before and its is a simple fix with a brake booster but no recalls are currently recalling the vehicle. The warning appeared as it happened.

The contact owned a 2023 BMW 760i. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V104000 (Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Service Brakes, Hydraulic); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled when the contact depressed the brake pedal. There was no warning light illuminated.
