I RECENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH NHTSA REGARDING THIS ISSUE WITH MY TRANSMISSION AND SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SOME RESEARCH. I AM REQUESTING THAT THE NHTSA DO SOME FURTHER INVESTIGATION OF THEIR OWN REGARDING BMW'S FAILURE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES WITH THEIR TRANSMISSION.
