One year after purchasing this new vehicle, the two rear tires were worn to 4/32nds. The dealer advised they need to be replaced. I am [XXX], with no accelerated starts or hard braking, so after one year and 7,500 miles, the rear tires were up for replacement. The dealer reluctantly did a forced balance, which I paid for and BMW Corporate reimbursed. They did not do anything for toe/camber. I do not know if they were out of spec from the factory for balance, toe/camber/alignment or if the tires were faulty. The dealers' only guidance was to rep…

The contact owns a 2026 BMW 430I. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stopped and independently parked. Several warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was driven to the residence. The failure was persistent. The vehicle was taken to two dealers; however, the failure was not duplicated. The vehicle was taken to a third dealer, where it was diagnosed with a failed engine electrical system, digital motor electronic control unit, and transfer case failure.
