TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BMW 335. WHILE DRIVING AT 5 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A POLE AND A BUILDING. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE DDE AND DTC MODULES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. UPDATED 7/7/15*CN UPDATED 10/11/2017*CN

EGR COOLER IS LEAKING AND FUMES ARE GETTING INTO CABIN, IT HAS DISABLED THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROLS ALSO CRUISE CONTROL! THE FAULT CAME JUST BEYOND THE FACTORY WARRANTY OF 50,000 MILES 4 YEAR. I READY ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT SERVICE IN A FORUM AND BMW WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS FREE OF CHARGE.
