The contact owns a 2009 Audi Q5. The contact stated that the vehicle was smoking. There was antifreeze and oil leaking from the vehicle. While driving, the accelerator pedal and brake pedal became stuck, and the vehicle stalled. There was an abnormal oil burning odor, fuel, and antifreeze. MY BRAKES FAILED ON TWO OCCASIONS. WHEN THE BRAKE WAS PRESSED, THE PEDAL SANK ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. THIS HAPPENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. LUCKILY, ON BOTH OCCASIONS, THE CAR WAS MOVING AT LESS THAN 25 MPH. MY ABILITY TO SLOW DOWN WAS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED. ULTIMATELY LEARNED THAT THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS DEFECTIVE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED.

AT APPROXIMATELY 6:00 PM THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 10, 2013, I WAS RETURNING WITH MY MOM (FRONT PASSENGER) ON I-66E HEADED BACK HOME, A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME STOPPED SUDDENLY BECAUSE A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HER STOPPED FOR NO APPARENT REASON. WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 45 ON THE HIGHWAY, A LIGHT CAME ACROSS MY DASH THAT SAID 'PARKING BRAKE MALFUNCTION!' MOMENTS LATER MY 2011 AUDI Q5 CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP CAUSING A 3 CAR PILE UP. MY CAR HAD JUST BEEN SERVICED IN JUNE AND GOTTEN NEW BRAKES AT THAT TIME AS WELL.
