TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2011 ARBOC SPIRIT OF MOBILITY BUS. THE CONTACTS STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, BOTH UPPER BALL JOINTS FRACTURED ON 4 SEPARATE OCCASIONS CAUSING THE BUS OPERATOR TO LOSE STEERING CAPABILITY. ON ALL FOUR OCCASIONS, THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT THE ON SITE REPAIR FACILITY. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,000.
