TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2010 ACURA ZDX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE IN AN UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE ON THE SECOND LEVEL AND ATTEMPTING TO PARK WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL APPLIED, THE VEHICLE UNINTENDED ACCELERATED RAPIDLY CAUSING IT TO CRASH INTO A CEMENT WALL. THE DRIVERS SIDE STEERING WHEEL AIR BAG PARTIALLY DEPLOYED WITH FORCE AS A GRAY SUBSTANCE EMITTED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED BACK PAINS, NECK PAINS, BURN MARKS TO THE BODY, RIGHT LEG, ARM AND HAND PAINS WHICH REQUIRED FURTHER MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE SUBSTANCE CAUSED PROBLEMS WITH A SORE THROAT. A…
