I HAD A COMPUTER PROBLEM IN MY CAR (ACURA INTEGRA 2001) AND I WENT TO THE ACURA OF AVON DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE IDLING VALVE. I HAD THE WORK DONE. THEN, I HAD SEVERAL ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS THAT STARTED OCCURRING WITH THE CAR, INCLUDING A FAILED TRANSMISSION. THE CAR ONLY HAS 49, 515 MILES ON IT. FOR ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS TO BE OCCURRING WITH A CAR THAT IS ONLY 4 1/2 YEARS OLD, IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, AND SUCH LOW MILEAGE, IS QUITE SHOCKING. *NM

AS I MADE A LEFT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED; I HAD TO MAKE A SUDDEN STOP, AFTER WHICH I COULD CONTROL THE STEERING AGAIN - I HAD DRIFTED INTO THE LEFTMOST LANE @ THAT POINT IN A MATTER OF MILLISECONDS. ACURA SAY THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR ALTHOUGH THEY ADMIT THAT THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.*AK
