2005 YAMAHA MAJESTY 400CC SCOOTER STALLING IN TRAFFIC. ENGINE WAS WARM, COMING TO A STOP. ENGINE STALLED AROUND 5-10MPH. THIS IS THE 5TH TIME SINCE NEW. CONDITION VERY SERIOUS, AS I WAS ALMOST RUN OVER BY TRAFFIC DUE TO SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER/DRIVE. THIS IS A LAWSUIT FOR SURE.
