WAS TRAVELING 10MPH & STARTED TO SLOW DOWN MOTORCYCLE, WHEN REAR WHEEL BRAKES LOCKED UP. MOTORCYCLE FELL TO RIGHT A BIT & THEN SLID UNDER BUMPER OF VEHICLE IN FRONT.
