Reported: 2023-02-03 (February 3, 2023) · Model years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Solis, 2021-2023 Travato, and 2022-2023 Ekko motorhomes, equipped with certain Suburban Manufacturing Company (Suburban) SDS2 2-Burner Drop-in Cooktops with part number 3032AST. The internal aluminum burner tubes that connect to the gas valves may fracture and cause a gas leak.

Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Winnebago will work with Suburban to repair the cooktop, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2023. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885.

21V480000 · Seat Belts:Rear/Other:Retractor

Reported: 2021-06-25 (June 25, 2021) · Model years: 2021, 2022

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Solis, Travato, and Ekko vehicles, equipped with GE-ES Double Flipseats. The seat belt retractors may lock up when the vehicle is on a slight incline. As such, these seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards numbers 208, "Occupant Crash Protection" and 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."

Consequence: If the seat belt retractor locks, a passenger may believe they are trapped in the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Winnebago will work with Freedman to notify owners, and dealers will inspect the seat and repair, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on July 23, 2021. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-614-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885 or Freedman customer service at 1-800-443-4540.

23V307000 · Fuel System, Gasoline:Delivery:Hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings

Reported: 2023-04-28 (April 28, 2023) · Model years: 2021, 2022, 2023

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Travato, 2021-2023 Solis, and 2022-2023 Ekko motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i, and Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the fuel filter and Injection Pump Module (IPM) may not be properly secured, which can cause a gas leak.

Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel hose and clamps, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 2, 2023. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885.

23V728000 · Seats:Critical Fasteners

Reported: 2023-10-27 (October 27, 2023) · Model years: 2024

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2024 Solis motorhomes. The fasteners that secure the sliding seat in the extended position are missing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

Consequence: Missing fasteners may allow the seat to move during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install the missing fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 19, 2023. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago's number for this recall is 180.

Reported: 2024-03-01 (March 1, 2024) · Model years: 2024

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2024 Solis motorhome. The lavatory may have an incorrect standard outlet installed when there should be a GFCI protected outlet.

Consequence: A lack of proper circuit protection increases the risk of electric shock and injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the outlet with a GFCI protected outlet, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 1, 2024. Owners may contact Winnebago customers service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago's number for this recall is 182.

Reported: 2026-05-05 (May 5, 2026) · Model years: 2026, 2027

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Solis recreational vehicles. The liquid propane (LP) hose may be incorrectly routed over the exhaust heat shield.

Consequence: Heat exposure may damage the hose. A damaged hose may leak fuel, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will reroute the LP hose, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 27, 2026. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago's number for this recall is 206.
