INCORRECT FLOOR REINFORCEMENT WASHERS WERE USED TO INSTALL THE REAR SOFA SEAT BELT BAR.
Consequence: WASHERS MAY NOT TOLERATE STRESS LOADS AS SET FORTH INSAE TEST PROCEDURES.
Remedy: REPLACE INCORRECT REINFORCEMENT WASHERS.
