THE PARKING BRAKE MAY NOT EXERT SUFFICIENT FORCE TO ENABLE THE VEHICLE TO CONFORM TO THE GRADE HOLDING REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 121.
Consequence: VEHICLES WITH INSUFFICIENT PARKING BRAKE FORCE CAN ROLLWITHOUT PRIOR WARNING WHEN PARKED ON A GRADE, THIS COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLEACCIDENT.
Remedy: REPLACE THE PARKING BRAKE CHAMBERS.
