THE NEW VOLVO XC90 T6 MODEL HAS A TRANSMISSION THAT CAUSES THE SUV TO PERIODICALLY HESISTATE WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A DEAD STOP IN FIRST GEAR. THIS IS A WIDESPREAD ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE. WE HAVE BEEN IN TWO NEAR ACCIDENTS INVOLVED BECAUSE ENGINE STALLS UPON ACCELERATION FOR 1-3 SECONDS AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN SITUATIONS WHERE YOU ARE PROCEEDING INTO AN INTERSECTION.*AK
