CONSUMER STATES THAT TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR LIGHT WAS OPERATING INTERMITTENTLY, VOLVO SERVICE REPLACED THE BULB, BUT AFTER THAT, THE DIAGNOSTIC DISPLAY HAD LINES THROUGHOUT OBSCURING THE INFORMATION.
