WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND THE EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED. THE VEHICLE COMMENCED TO ROLL INTO THE CONSUMER. THE CONSUMER JUMP INTO THE TRUNK WHILE THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ROLL DOWN THE STREET UNTIL IT RAN INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HER NECK AND MINOR CUTS AND BRUISES.
