I OWN A 2000 VICTORY V92SC MOTORCYCLE. THE BIKE HAS BEGAN TO JUMP OUT OF THIRD GEAR EVERY TIME. THIS CAN CAUSE PARTS TO FAIL LOCKING UP THE TRANSMISSION RESULTING IN LOSS OF CONTROL. VICTORY IS WELL AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM BUT REFUSES TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. THE MOTORCYCLE HAS LESS THAN 7K MILES ON IT. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THERE WAS A RECALL ON THIS MOTORCYCLE AT ONE TIME. THERE HAVE BEEN NO REPAIRS TO THE BIKE AT THIS POINT. *TR

THE BIKE WILL ALSO "DROP" OUT OF 3RD GEAR CAUSING LOSS OF POWER AND CREATING HAZARDOUS TRAFFIC SITUATIONS. I TOOK THE MOTORCYCLE TO A VICTORY DEALERSHIP AND WAS INFORMED THIS WAS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS YEAR MOTORCYCLE THAT VICTORY PRODUCED. IT WOULD SEEM IN THE BEST INTEREST OF ALL INVOLVED, FOR POLARIS INDUSTRIES TO PROVIDE A WORKING TRANSMISSION AT NO C…
