TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 VICTORY MAGNUM MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE RIDING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION WOULD SUDDENLY SLIP OUT OF GEAR AND INTO THE NEUTRAL POSITION. DURING THE FAILURE, THE MOTORCYCLE WOULD NOT PROPERLY ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHILE RIDING DOWN A HILL WHEN THE SPEED ERRONEOUSLY INCREASED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER ROLLIN FAST CYCLE SPORTS LOCATED AT 1221 RT 22 EAST, UNIT 1, LEBANON, NJ 08833 WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED …

2016 VICTORY MAGNUM 3 MILES WHEN PURCHASED 6K MILES TIME OF ACCIDENT. HAD ALL SERVICES DONE BY VICTORY DEALERSHIP. PROCEEDED TO DOWN SHIFT TRAVELING ABOUT 35 40 MPH. PULLED THE CLUTCH IN AND HEARD AN HORRIBLE GRINDING NOISE WAS NOT ABLE TO SHIFT THE GEARS, LET THE CLUTCH OUT AND THE BACK WHEEL LOCKED UP, CAUSING THE BIKE TO FISH TAIL SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN IT THREW ME OFF, AND CAUSE THE DRIVER TO ROLL ABOUT 20 TIMES OR MORE.
